OUR HISTORY
ACDORA DMCC (previously Acdora FZC) was established in the UAE since 2004 and has been continuously assisting investors to establish in the UAE and be part of the thriving economy. We have been ever since a one stop solution for businesspersons to materialize their business ideas efficiently.

OUR TEAM
ACDORA has 15 employees all of which are coming from an accounting or audit background. We have stringent CPE (continuous professional education) policies, which require our employees to pass periodic tests to ensure they are up-to-date with the applicable legislation. Besides these tests employee performances are also continuously monitored and rated, both internally and by third parties.
Our team is proficient in English, Arabic, Tagalog, Portuguese, German, Urdu, Malayalam and Turkish.

ACDORA’s services are documented in adequate re-performance standards and periodically reported to clients, in order to provide them with transparency and the option to take it over should they choose to do it internally.
ACDORA’s services are as follows:
Company set up – ACDORA ensures that clients receive true, complete, accurate, clear and verifiable information for the free zone set up options and thereby are equipped with an adequate basis for making their decisions.
Company structuring – ACDORA advices and assists clients in structuring their business cycles and procedures to make them more efficient and less risky. ACDORA’s structuring abilities also include designing new strategy and business policies to integrate business process outsourcing practices to the companies local and global operations.
Administrative support – After the company is set up, ACDORA continuously and actively supports the clients with their dealings with the free zone authorities, banks and other government authorities.
ACDORA supports clients with their employee planning, policy and procedures formulation and execution of such policy and procedures in compliance with UAE laws and regulations. Human resources consultancies also include supporting client firms for obtaining employment visas, work permits, payroll processing and terminations.
ACDORA supports clients in setting up UAE statutory compliant accounting policy and procedures, selection and/or implementation of an accounting software, monthly group financial reporting and assistance on other statutory filings.
